Kid Speak

My favorite phrase of the day from my 3 year old:  "Oh my Heavens!"  (Imagine it being said with a slight lisp at the end).

Liked the quote from Tristan. He's pretty sharp for a 3 year old. I love him.... tell him he's not to grow up. He has to stay 3. He's the only "little" one on our side of the fam right now.

I will let him know you said that. By the way, he asked to pray for you and Collin at our kids program yesterday. So cute! You guys are now on our prayer wall in the preschool room. :-)

He is such a sensitive little boy. So cool that he asked for prayer for us. I will definitely tell Collin. (tell Tristan, Collin does those kind of things too... sometimes he goes to the altar on his own to pray for some of my friends! ) He also prayers for his friends too.

HI Sara, so nice to receive you blogg!! Tristan sounds like a very sensitive little man. I wish Tristan and Theo were together these days playing away and running around. Miss you guys terribly, but happy to see all your smiling faces. Happy New Year and we hope to be up to Williamstown in the spring. We are living in NY now so the trip shouldn"t be too bad once the winter has passed. Much love to all! Leigh Anne

That is awesome, Leigh Anne! I had no idea you were back in the states. I miss you too! It would be great to see you if you guys are in the area. Would you send me a picture of you and the boys if you get a chance? Good to hear from you!

wow. wow. I miss you guys...and the kids. That comment from Tristan is almost as good as Abi's "adult" voice I remember hearing at the Turtle Creek place that she used to address her father one day. Christmas decorations look really warm and friendly too.

We miss you too, Riggs!! It was so great to see you at Thanksgiving but it made my heart ache when we had to leave because I wish we could spend time like with you every week.

Up for a visit soon? Another snow adventure?

peace

Hell yeah I'm up for another visit. Spending the green is the biggest factor right now. Had some unexpected bills over the last several months that were not fun. Maybe I can hitch all the way up there...that could be an "interesting" learning experience:)

Oh yes, those sneaky bills. The holidays will do that to you! I totally recommend hitching a ride. It's a good way to meet new people. :-)
